This article is precisely about the qualification of shopping centers and stadiums facilities and their relationship to their close urban context. We take them as generators of specific sensitive spaces and through the angle of their take on the city. The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of implanting large-scale retail and sport facilities on nearby areas, and to formulate conception criterias about their relationships to the urban fabric and the surrounding landscape.
