The aim of the current study is to reason about the capacity of ambiances to build symbolic cultural identity territories. The study is illustrated by literary texts about Jewish ambiances and has the aim to show that, by evoking the wanders about sensitive ambiances, it is possible seeing the emergence of a sense of cultural identification through empathy.
